In 1996, WBAL-TV 11 News reporter Tim Tooten started wearing baseball caps during the big Baltimore area snowstorm. With charm and humor, he earned his nickname the “hat man”.

After decades of having a hand in opening and closing schools, Tim Tooten is sharing his personalized cap with longtime followers and friends.
